hi all just joined this and have a few questions and stuff. I have a 2001 11641 and a 2007 12441. I bought a welger 235 profi last year and mchale wrapper. so i put the 116 baling asthe 124 is a tidy tractor for wraping. i had to change around tractors as th 116 didnt have the power to pack the bales enough. I got both dyno tested.
the 116 put out 86 @ the pto and the 124 put out 120hp at the pto.
i really want the 116 for baling and heavy pulling. i am trying to a turbo kit for her but finding it hard to do so is it possible to get one and has it been done before.

235 profi need least 140hp. I have 14245 tuned up to 180 hp and it can pull the baler when 60 to 70 cm high grass is swatched from 6.5 meter wide to one big swatch. Im going to joint my elho wrapper behind as a train, and just looking for JD7810 or case mxm190 to survive at fields with steep hills too :-O

the point im going to say..... you could take max 140hp from that same 6 pot engine, but then you are working over transmission limits all the time.. And you wont maybe get as much torque from that engine what 12441 gives.

I agree with Markku, your 12441 has a reinforced clutch, which was first new on 11741 and 11441. the 11641 has the original UR3 7520-10540 clutch, too weak to endure.

Why actually do you want this ? you just want to use your oldest tractor up first ?

How hard is it to turn up the 14245?? can it be done by owner? or does it have to go to dealer / injection pump repair shop??
I have a 1995 ZTS labeled one with 1500 hours
