Is a powersteering from a 4911 bolt on?

Are there any new kits to buy?
 
I think it will bolt right on, but i am not sure of the older style engine had an engine PTO to drive the oil pump...
 
No, it has not but a timing cover for a 4911 engine will fit a 4718 engine?
