  1. 5211 PTO shaft removal

Take 10 minutes and check it. Then you can tell us.
  2. 5211 PTO circlip--Tony or anyone??

Yes - take off the bolts. You can pull out the PTO shaft without anything dropping out. Unless yours is different than the 3320. So just put pressure on the shaft in while you pull off the cover.
  3. 5211 PTO circlip--Tony or anyone??

Perhaps forterra11441 is correct but my PTO/hydraulics were doing really odd things besides jumping out of gear - and replacing a broken circlip fixed it. It is a 15 minute easy job to check and change if necessary.
  4. 5211 PTO problems -- Please help

If it has not already been suggested remove the cover plate for the PTO shaft and see if the retaining circlip is broken. A shot in the dark but this solved some similar problems on my 3320.
  5. 7711 PTO Problems

Similar thing happened on my 3320. The snap ring that held the PTO in place, accessible thru the back cover, was broken. After replacing it there was still the same problem. After a lot of unnecessary work I figured out that the previous owner put a shim behind the snap ring and the necessary...
  6. pto not stopping

My 3320 has the same problem. I'm not sure if the 3320 has a "PTO Pack" because I'm do not know what a "PTO Pack" is. I've changed the broken circlip at the PTO exit but the problem persists. I even took off the rocker box and the transmission top plate but still can't determine the problem. I...
  7. 7045 Injector Pump - oil type and amount

Hey Renze, My neighbor is only getting around to addressing the pump issue now. He filled the pump's reservoir with the correct amount type of oil and ran it. The #3 injector is not delivering fuel. Is your advice the same - refill with diesel and let it run for a while? Thanks again, Tony
  8. how do i pull fuel injectors

Yes - it is a penetration liquid that usually outperforms the store-bought stuff. Tony
  9. how do i pull fuel injectors

Mix 1/2 acetone with 1/2 automatic transmission fluid. Apply to injector and let sit for 15 to 30 minutes. Tony
  10. 5211 pto jumping out

The 540 only PTO on our 3320 has the same problem. I thought had it licked when I changed the snap ring on the PTO shaft. But it didn't fix it. Before I replaced my PTO snap ring I removed the top plate and inspected the detente system and the bars with the notches. Everything appeared to be...
  11. air in fuel system

First time I used biodiesel in my 3320 all was fine for a few weeks. One day it started missing and stopped while shredding. I removed the fuel line at the lift pump. A sheet of some sort of deposit had sloughed off of the inside of the fuel tank. Somehow it got tightly rolled up like a cannoli...
  12. question Zetor 3320 - PTO clutch cable

We used to use a product called Dri-Slide on motorcycles. I believe it is a dry moly. WD-40 would be worse than nothing and oil attracts dirt. *link broken and deleted* Tony
  13. 7045 Injector Pump - oil type and amount

Much obliged Renze. The pump seems to work fine - the new owner just wants to systematically change all of the fluids. Since there is no dipstick or label he was sort of stuck. Tony
  14. 7045 Injector Pump - oil type and amount

My neighbor just picked up a 7045 with 900 hours. He is trying to figure out injector oil specs. An owner's/operator manual would be helpful if anyone has a source. Any help is appreciated. Tony

I need rear wheel rims for zetor zebra 3520...Help

Do you have the old rims? If so go to Pull-A-Part and find some correct sized rims, grind the welds off of both inners to the outers and have them welded. That's what I'm going to have to do with my Pasquali.
