    Try to turn in other rotation . You need to turn one half turn . and this is a Neutral position at center . Relase slight the PTO clutch for easy rotation .

    You have to clean the parts , and run for 1 minute and recheck . May be a fitting loose or a bad hose Mine has an hydrolic hose cracked and lost my hydraulic stering oil . I put a red oil in the powerstering . so ia can see if it is the spowerstering or another oil that i lost .
