zetor 2040 tractor

how good were these tractors, are parts still availble. the 2040 was a little 20 hp articulated tractor in the usa.
 
Search the internet for TZ 4 K 14 tractor. several manufacturers built these machines in the eastblock, with different engines. It was no real Zetor but sold under that name.
