Hello Group, Have a problem with a 3320. At first it would not start so I replaced the starter, it ran for a short time then died like it was starving for fuel. After a long hunt I found the sediment bowl had a crack in it, so I replaced it. Reprimed the fuel lines and was getting fuel al the way up, but when I tried to start it it would turn over (till the battery died) but would not start up. Ended up rechecking the fuel lines and again there was no fuel up the fuel lines. Opened all the fuel injectors and reblead the fuel line to make sure fuel was getting up to the chamber, and tried again to start it, again nothing. Guess there is an air leak somewhere (still looking for that one.) Ended up putting an external fuel pump on the system and after forever it finally started (still does not start easily.) However, it ran at full throttle, the level and foot speed did not change it. Have played with it over and over again, but ever type it starts now it runs full out. Any ideas on what causes this one to be hard to start and then when it does run full out?

Hi
eiter the trotlelink or the injektorpump is stuck open, how do you get it to stop?

The governor in the injector pump is stuck, the easy thing to do is take the pump and bring it to a diesel service specialist and let them repair it.
