    Zetor 9540 hydraulic problems

The hose runs from the pump to the loader distributer. Then it goes from the loader distributer to the main distrubuter of the hydraulics. I connected it the same way it was . I have been wondering if the 60L pump is to big for this system but I feel that its unlikely??

    Zetor 9540 hydraulic problems

Hi guys. I'm really at a loss here. My 9540 overheated the hydraulics last year and burned out the sealings in the main hydraulic lift cylinder. 1 month ago I changed the main hydraulic distributor along with the safety valve, I replaced the hydraulic pump for the gear shift and the the pump...

Replacing seals of main hydraulic cylinder zetor 9540

Well I wish I could upload a picture it would be easier. But ok I was going to change sealings on the main hydraulic cylinder of my Zetor 9540. The partsdealer sent me a set of 4 rings and the partsnumber matches the one in the partsmanual but on the piston there is only one double edged oil...

Could you improve the 5711 engine by replacing the heads with heads of a 5011 and fuel injection system or will it not fit? Just playing around with ideas :D

question What do the numbers on workshop manuals stand for?

Hey all. I've been looking around at workshop manuals for zetor 9540. I've noticed that there is a number on the cover for example 1/92 and then I saw 2/99 on a nother. Can any one tell me what this means? Also I saw one one site a service manual for zetor 9540, it was more than 300 pages, is it...

    Zetor 6945

I'll have to fix up the engine then. One other thought. I was thinking about mounting a loader on this tractor if I fix it but I've been told that the front drive axles on this model can't handle that, do you have an opinion on that ?

Cab of Zetor 5011 to zetor 5711

I owned two 5011 but my 5711 seems to be be stronger and pulls heavy machinery better. But I only bought the 5011 last year and they were both in poor condition so the engines might not be giving as much as they should. We have owned the 5711 for 30 years and it's the only tractor that's been on...

    Zetor 6945

What if I took the motor off my 5711 and put it on my 6945? Can I boost the engine up with the fuel pump and injectors from the 6945 or is it more to it than that?

Cab of Zetor 5011 to zetor 5711

You have a good point there Renze but the reason I'm thinking about going this way is because the 5711 has new brakes but the 5011 has no brakes and the hydraulics are not worth shit. I think I need to change both the hydraulic pump and rings on the main cylinder. But maybe it's just better to...

    Zetor 6945

Greetings all. I own a Zetor 6945 with a ruined crankshaft. I also own two Ursus C-355 that are not in working condition but the engines seem to be loose. My question is could the crankshafts from the ursus C-355 fit the zetor 6945 or am I way off with this?

changing balls on the 3 point hitch lift arms

Hmm found this in google: Default Re: 3 PTH lift ball replace Your balls are held in place by a thick washer on one or both sides, depending on ... (Bet you never guessed that ) The washers are tack welded to the arms. Die grind the tack welds to release the ball. Insert the new one and reweld...

changing balls on the 3 point hitch lift arms

Iff you see screws then you have to screw them, if not then I think you need to heat the outer part of the end.
