Machinery:
Zetor 3340 with Cab and Loader 1995
Using the loader on the Zetor 3340 to dig beside garage so to have a flatter area.
Need to re-shingle the garage roof.
Have a set of Vevor-Pallet-Forks (4000 lb version) helping cut firewood and move pallet of new shingles.

Your Quicke doesnt have Euro standard quick attach ? Youre loosing a lot of force when the bucket remains between the loader and the forks..

Hi Renze, Yes, I was not able to lift the whole tree up,
but the whole tree was very heavy.
I have not tied the quick attach part yet.
I did see where I can change the up and down cylinders to have better leverage,
which should increase the lifting power.
I plan to change the Gear/Hydraulic oil and the filters.
Is the any one who know how to check the Hydraulic pressure ?

I tried to detach the Quicke Q720 loader and I was not successful.
I tried different positions with the two angle supports and was not able to lift the loader up from its mounts.
I am not understanding the process, as I have not been able to find any info on how this is done.

I got the Quicke Q720 loader detach today.
Needed to use a short bar to help lift the loader up out of pin-cups.
I believe there is a twist in the loader frame which may have been holding it in place,
because the loader did moved over to one side when it moved up and out.
Or maybe it could be the ground surface needs to be very flat.

Hello,

to unmount it, try it like I do in my short video:

Yes - I mount my loader there, but I think the process will be to see. ;)

The trouble with detaching the loader was,
I found that the top-support-bar which connects the loader-frame across in front of the cab-window is spreading the top of the frame out so far that it is binding on the bucket-frame which. So that is the WHY the bucket-frame would not lift up and out easily.
This top-support-bar look to be a set-distance and so that it is needed to use a jack to spread the tractor-loader-frame apart so that this top-support-bar will fit into place.
Where the trouble looks to be, is where the tractor-loader-frame is mounted to the tractor, it needs to be about 5/16” more spaced out from the tractor.
Because I have a Bridgeport Mill I was able to mill off about 7/32” off one end of the top-support-bar. But I still had to spread the tractor-loader-frame a part with a jack to get the top-support-bar back into place.
After cleaning up the Zetor 3340 I worked on reattaching the loader-bucket-frame.
and it easily reattached back to the tractor-loader-frame.
I am thinking I may add spacers to the left side of the tractor-loader-frame so it will make a proper spacing for the detachable Quicke Q720 Loader.

With the loader off I cleaned up the Zetor a little too.
