I've recently acquired a 7745 and having an issue with it shutting off while driving as if it is out of gas. I'm having difficulty finding any manuals or videos to help me know what/where to begin.

I think your diesel filter is clogged, so you should replace it first. If that doesn't help, the diesel pump could be jammed (this happens after a long downtime), or it could be drawing air on the intake side between the diesel pump and the tank, or perhaps even at the hand pump.
A photo of your 7745 in the topic where you should introduce it would help ensure that you get full access to all content in the FAQ section after you become a Level 2 member.
That would be diesel it runs on not gas. I wouldn't be surprised if it stops if your tractor runs on gas.
But if you tractor stops by itself, you either have dirt or air in the lines. Air could be getting in through porous pipes. Or your filter may need changing.
