question Zetor 3340 not shutting down

Hi guys my 3340 will not shut down using the throttle handle. I can hear it click when fully pulled down. What is the leaver connected to so it shuts down?

I believe the throttle lever connects to a cable and goes to the injector pump.
Check the linkage at the throttle lever first.
Then if the trouble is not there, check the linkage at the injector pump on the left side of the Zetor 3340.
 

- check the spring number 128 to
- adjust on number 109 at both, its 2x mounted
