Loosen the bolts that connect the front rim (cast iron part) to the bead.
The bolts probably arent tight, and now the flange doesnt lie on the rim centering ridge anymore. Loosen those bolts, align, retighten. If the threads of those bolts are damaged, replace the bolts to be able to tighten them all the way.
