OK - we now knows its a Zetor 5245 with 1990 mounted M&D turbo kit with selfmade decals.

What I'm wondering:
Did it only get the turbocharger? If so, which charger is that (type plate?)
Or did it also get a larger engine lubricating oil pump, the oil cooler, better oil filters and even piston bottom cooling? Were different cylinder heads installed and different seals? What type plate does the injection pump have?
It would be nice to know how M&D modified the engines back then to put a turbo on it and not damage the engine.
Ref. your questions about engine modifications with regards to turbo installation, the answer is; I have no idea. I only know it has run troublefree for 30 years+. Changed waterpump once, Silencer unobtainable, replaced with 60mm stight pipe, nice sound.
Here in daily work, Igland 3500 LH with remote control on tripoint , Igland claw on frontloader, both on A frames.
I might be wrong, but I doubt it was sold by Motokov (which was the official Zetor dealer in Norway for many years).
There was a another company (Haavard Semmen as), and they did grey marked import of Zetor's in large scale back then.
I think maybe it could have been sold by them.

The fact is, I bougt the tractor from Motokov, wich happened to to be the local Zetor dealer where I lived, after seeing the model at the "Dyrskuen" agricultural fair the previous autumn.
