loader valve on 5211

The remote cable for my loader valve froze completely....anybody have opinion about how they would proceed? (cable is off tractor and still seized after 3 weeks in a WD-40 bath). Thanks for any help !
 
probably started brushing off and got jammed... Is it a Morse cable ? those are used on just about any remote operated hydraulic valve so they should be easy to buy somewhere. I got mine of a dismantled silage feeder from the scrapyard of a dealership.
