6245 pto and hydraulics not working

my 6245 had water in the hydo , so I drained it and refilled. Started tractor up and started to work the loader and it stoped going up. Now no hydro and I noticed the I can't get the pto to run now also. Not sure where to start looking for the problem.

Hi. Could it be something as simple as the PTO/Hydraulics/Neutral lever being in the wrong position? On my 3340, there's a lever on the floor that controls PTO and Hydraulics. Maybe yours got unintentionally moved to the wrong position?
