Hi, hydraulics on 6211 have been getting slower over the past year or so,have replaced filters etc, presume the pump is worn out . would this sound correct? front end loader, post driver use mainly running in 1000rpm 2500hrs.. regards Rob....

2500hrs running in 1000rpm??? it would certainly explain why it is buggered its not really designed for this but it will work you might need to consider fitting a crankshaft driven pump??? (your local enginneer will advise you on this) it will happily pump all day at any engine speed and reduce pto wear ( because its not running ) and also boost hydraulic power and capacity

I need a PTO driven hydraulic pump for an application.

Does anyone have any experience actually using one? Any tips?

We sold a good wrecker for little money (to clear the yard) this spring... you're too late for that one now...

Make sure you dont get the lines too narrow... flow restrictions eats away quite some engery.. I have a chart with flow characteristics so i can look it up for you...
