16245 tractor ??'s

Hello all,
I just bought a 16245, I don't know mucj about it. Does it have glow plugs or a air intake heater? I had problems starting it, the batteries are weak. Also how do I unlock the frond axle?
Wich side is the oil dip stick? I looked and looked for it, but I went ahead and bought it at auction.

Oil stick you can find rh side near clutch housing. Be sure tractor is straight when checking oils. There is no glow or inlet heater. There is automatic cold starting device inside injection pump. It works when you push gas pedal bottom when starting engine. That engine start fine even -30 degrees Celcius cold.

Gageing and engageing 4wd switch you can fing from rh dashboard. Or what did you actually mean?
