    It was not hard at all. When I replaced the original lines, I put a lift pump before the fuel filters and wired directly to key switch.

    I wired it directly to keyed fuse block (only turns on when key is inserted) cut the suction hose from fuel tank on left side of tractor, hung the pump on water bag bracket, bypassed the mechanical fuel pump, then ran directly to the fuel filters.

    I love my 6245. As stated before only problems are clutch and brake slaves. I also bypassed mechanical fuel pump with electric fuel pump. No more priming and no power fade due to lack of fuel.

    The only way to shut down a diesel engine is to stop the fuel supply. Push throttle lever down to the closed position. If this does not work adust linkage to injector pump to close vale completely. Hope this helps. grego
