  1. Need Help Guys - Zetor 6245 PTO wont disengage

check if the little pin through the small PTO gear lever is sheared first
  2. 8011 clutch won't disengaged

Unless anyone has any other suggestions it appears that you will have to split it, sorry
  3. 8011 clutch won't disengaged

No, not the adjusting bolts on the toggle arms. I am assuming that the tractor has the original zetor clutch, this won't apply to for example LUK replacement covers. There are 3 bolts which are locked with a bolted in lock tab , from memory 19 or 17 mm spanner size, one of those. Check all the...
  4. 8011 clutch won't disengaged

Before you split it again, take the cover off again and put a spanner on the toggle bolts, they have a waist and have been known to break. It can be quite hard to get the broken off bit out !!
  5. 8011 3-point linkage chain length?

Your best solution is to get some of the telescoping check bars that go out from the link arms to the outside end of the axle housings. they used to be available from Vapormatic and others were supplied with the ARM Pick up hitch. Try Barlows for new ones.
  6. 8045 or 8145?

That's another feature of the balanced engine, but be warned , the pumps won't swap with the older ones, the drive splines are different
  7. 8045 or 8145?

In 1984, I think, the 8011 was in the process of being updated to 8111, and some tractors came out with the balanced engine, easily identified by the position of the dipstick and the position of the PS tank, but still had the flat bonnet. the gearbox dipstick holder should have had an short...
  8. Zetor 8111 - Hydraulic Pump Heating

The cover is not needed, but it has the lever to put the pump out of gear on it so the pump will always be running, but I have to say I don't know of anyone who actually ever puts the pump out of gear. I suppose a large arable enterprise with only pulled equipment might. The inside lever on the...
  9. Zetor 8111 - Hydraulic Pump Heating

Make sure your external services lever is in the neutral position. It sounds as though it is constantly pumping against max pressure
  10. 8045 hyd leak

Sorry for delay Can be either the pressure pipe from the main hyd pump leaking or either of the seals on the gearbox input shaft would be my initial guess, so remove the cover that has the shifter lever on it under the floor on the left side and see if you can see where the oil is coming from...
  11. 8045 hyd leak

What sort of oil, engine, transmission or steering?
  12. 12145 power steering fault

There is a replaceable spin on filter, try changing that. If your tractor has an older system then the filter can be taken apart and washed. It's next to the reservoir on the right side of the tractor. if the oil is being aireated the fault will probably be on the suction side of the pump or the...
  13. zetor 8011 hydraulics

Check the flow control knob hasn't got turned in. It's the round knob behind the seat on older tractors or under the seat on the bulkhead on later ones. The other cause can be the pump has got airlocked. you may have to face the tractor down the steepest slope you can find to get the oil to...
  14. 7211 is the PUH reversible to Drawbar?

It depends on who made the hitch, ARM and Dromone hitches are reversible, but the Zetor one had an adaptor that fitted over the hook
  15. Power steering problem

You can't compare an 8011 with an 8111 because the 8011 has assisted steering and the 8111 is hydrostatic. The hydrostatic is always better. Having said that a properly set up 8011 is usually OK,but our experience is that it varies from tractor to tractor.
  16. Power steering problem

We always used ATF. Castrol TQD, its a bit expensive but it doesn't need a lot
  17. 12145 linkage slow lowering

Check the flow control valve under the seat hasn't got screwed in
  18. 16145 pto clutch

Right, so there isn't a problem with pressure. You have checked the 3 "O" rings around the pack body, its essential these are sound, if so you will have to strip the pack, start with removing the big circlip and checking the cuff seal on the piston, I would be surprised if the plates are bad if...
  19. 16145 pto clutch

175 psi or 13 bar measured at one of the pipes that go into the PTO pack. Which pipe has pressure depends on the lever position
  20. 8011 to 8045 conversion. Help! Front axle needed

I would say don't bother, by the time you've found all the bits, side box, propshaft, front axle, not forgetting the hyd tapping from the TA control box, split the rear end to install the intermediate gear for the 4wd you would be much better off to find an 80 or 8145 complete.
  21. 8111 hydraulic lift problems

Probably a worn pump. this is the left hand pump in the clutch housing and can be changed easily through the inspection cover that has the hyd pump gear shift lever.
  22. Advice on correct use of hydraulic 8011

Outside lever, up and down, can be position, mixed or draft depending on the lever nearest the seat which has 3 positions, back for pos ("P"), centre for draft and pos combined (mixed or "M") foreward for draft "D" centre lever is external tappings, back is up for one cyl or part of a d/a...
  23. aux hydraulic bank plumbing

Found it ! The pipe to the right is the return to "tank", the item above it is the relief valve.
  24. aux hydraulic bank plumbing

Sorry, all the pics are there except the one we want !
  25. aux hydraulic bank plumbing

    I can't open your pic !
  26. aux hydraulic bank plumbing

If the bank hasn't got a PRV you can buy a stand alone one to fit into the delivery pressure pipe. its just a 4 inch square x 2inch thick unit with 3 pipe threaded holes and an adjusting screw
  27. aux hydraulic bank plumbing

You are correct, the valve block you will be fitting is in the line before the tractors relief valve. Set, or buy a spool valve with a relief valve built in set at 2000 psi or 140 bar (14 Kpa). You can check the pressure yourself with a suitable gauge screwed onto one of the valve outlets. don't...
  28. 5211 boil over

You have blown out the radiator fins and they are clear haven't you? If so, obviously your radiator is blocked in the core. try removing both hoses and flushing upwards first with a reasonably high volume but not too high pressure hose. When the water comes clear , pour water into the filler and...
  29. hay accumulator behind 8011

When it was new there was a detent to hold the external services lever down (foreward), but these usually stop working after a few years, so the answer to your question is yes
  30. 6211 Pto Clutch???

Don't wire them together, that will operate the clutch solenoid. Just tape over the ends and accept you have no vacuum assistance for the PTO clutch
