    There is no visible leak from coolant system and no rise in engine oil level. I was advised to check intercooler as these can sometimes leak but this 6441 model doesn't have it. No bubbles showing in expansion tank either. After a days work it takes about a liter to top up. Thanks, Harry

    I've had to constantly top up coolant with no obvious leak. Engine oil appears ok. I've been told the intercooler inside air manifold can leak but this model doesn't have intercooler. At times the weep hole on water pump is wet but this is very little. Any help greatly appreciated.

    Hello The injector pump sump on my 3011 fills with diesel and drips out over flow pipe. I have fitted a new lift pump but problem still persists. Is this caused by internal leakage in the pump? Thanks Luke

    I now have a replacement steering rod sourced of the correct length. However when fitted, and the trac rod ends fully screwed in the wheel is still turned outwards. Can anyone offer an explanation for this?
