    Hello What is the easiest way to adjust the valve tappets on my Zetor 6245. I've never done it on a dielsel. They've gotten quite noisy and are probbably way out of spec. Is it possible to do with the engine ticking over, or would that cause an oily mess? Thanks 8)

    Hi I have new alternator for my 1989 6245. But it has a regulator on it. My old alternator does not have regulator, instead the regulator is in with the electrics inn the cab. Can I just disconnect the regulator on the new alternator and use this new one? thanks
