    HI there, I've just restore the above tractor but I still have too much play in the steering box. I've been told that a box from a later model will fit on. It has roller bearings instead of the block system in mine Can anyone tell me what tractor this comes off as I'd like to fit one. Thanks Paddy.

    Starting to restore the above tractor and want to get the proper colour. Some I've seen painted are more like Massey Gold, where as mine is more a Gold/Green colour. Is there a paint number as such for this colour? Or where can the right paint be bought? I'm in Northern Ireland by the way.

    My 9641 PTO. goes into gear very sharply when you push the switch. Can anyone tell me if it is possible to adjust the speed at which it starts to turn, or in other words take up the drive more gently.

    Just bought one, and need to tighten up the steering. Is there any way of adjusting the steerig box,as there is a fair bit of slack in it. Everything else seems to work fine,and its really only the mud guards which need attention. Any good part suppliers? Thanks

My 9641 developed a squeil, high pitched whistle, sounding like a bearing running dry, first thought was water pump, which was leaking anyway, so fitted a new one. no difference. new fan belts, no difference...
