    CANT GET IT TO SHUT OFF. USED TO JUST PULL THE THROTTLE ALL THE WAY BACK AND IT WOULD DIE. NOW I HAVE TO PUT IT IN GEAR AND SET BRAKE. SEEMS TO BE GETTING WORSE.ANY IDEAS would be helpful
