    I am finding it near impossible to start the 4911, i use the easy start and it clicks in ok, but does not seem to help the engine start.     I am finding it impossible to engage the PTO at 1000 rpm. I have no problem engaing it at 540 rpm. Any idea out there as to why this is happening ?.
