  1. Cab compatibility

Thanks, I didn't think it would.
  2. Cab compatibility

Can anyone tell me if a cab from a 7245 will fit a 8045?
  3. 16245 pto

Might seem silly but you haven't knocked the PTO selector out of position beside the seat? To the right of the seat next to the handbrake is a small leaver that selects between 540 and ground drive and neutral.
  4. 16045 Clutch Adjustment

Under the cab below the clutch peddle is an adjustment for the clutch (two threaded rods go into a long adjustment nut) What your describing though sounds like slipping in the torque amplifier, fistly check to see if you have enough oil in the ass end (80/90 oil) anything lighter and it will...
  5. Replacing 8011 hydraulic pump

The reusable filter you cleaned is the only filter on the hydraulic circuit. Good to see you had no issues changing it
  6. Cab to suit 8045 Australia

That's kinda what I thought, but from what I can tell gason cabs have 2 piece glass doors like the others and a number of the ones around here have 1 piece glass doors. Thinking maybe they are something different again? I posted a picture of one on the Facebook page.
  7. 8011 setting

I think I recall the tappets being 3 thou both sides
  8. Cab to suit 8045 Australia

Hi everyone I am in need of a roof over my 8045, my options are to build a rops with a fibreglass roof or buy a 2nd hand cab from the wreckers. I'm having trouble making heads or tails of the different cabs available matching names with pictures of cabs to find availability of cab hardware like...
  9. 8045 backwards 4wd

I checked everything out before I assembled it, whatever is going on is internal because when engine is off the 4wd is locked in, in one way it's good because it means the handbrake holds all 4 wheels.
  10. 8045 backwards 4wd

Hi just wanted to make sure this isn't gonna be a problem, the 8045 I recently fixed up appears to be backwards to engage 4wd, for example to operate 4wd you push push the little nob beside the seat down, then pull it up for 2wd, seems wrong to me but that's how it works, is this normal?
  11. Zetor 8011 brakes

Did you replace both sets of cylinders? The ones under the floor attached to the pedals and the ones on the rear that actuate the brakes?
  12. 8145 4wd

Ok I have it working after I got the new cable fitted and now have full movement of the valve inside the distributor block, since that is working properly now I have found out that 4wd is on in its default, which means when the tractor is off and the when the little thing beside the seat is...
  13. 8145 4wd

Hi all I'm trying to figure out why the 4wd in my 8145 I purchased awhile isn't working, I haven't had it working since I have owned it, and need it working shortly to pull my offset uphill as my 8011 just can't get enough traction. I currently have it split to do the clutch etc so I have the...
  14. Front right tire clunk and lock up

Almost bet it being the bearing, the race in the bearing will have buggered up and the clunking is the balls shifting around and grabbing on each other, if you look at your hub compared to the axle it probably won't be square and maybe rubbing
  15. 8045 4wd operation

That's why I drove up backwards, I thought is the most weight was on the front and the rear could no longer move the tractor back that the front would push it back more
  16. 8045 4wd operation

Have recently got my project 8045 running and been going through all the components making sure everything works and everything besides 4wd seems to be working, I did take the cable off and had to free it up but I'm sure I put it back in the way it came out, it comes up about 10mm, I pulled it...
  17. 8045 4wd cable

Hi all just need to confirm that when installing a new 4wd cable that the end that goes into the 4wd box gets braised onto the new cable?
  18. Reinstalling rebuild injector pump 8145

Thanks, hoping this pump cures all problems
  19. Reinstalling rebuild injector pump 8145

Hi everyone, I have just had my injector pump rebuilt in hope of curing a problem with the engine wanting to race away and die with any load etc, anyway was wondering if I have to re time the pump to the engine or reinstall it in the position it was in (was a stamped mark on the pump and engine...
  20. 8011 Loud ratcheting noise from clutch. Drives, but no PTO,Steering,Hydraulics.

Nothing important to disconnect inside before splitting, it really is a very simple job, 2-3 hours by yourself
  21. Help please with my zetor

I know this seems simple but have you got enough oil in the gearbox and of the correct grade, needs to be 80-90w gearoil and needs to be full because it's basically a oil driven gearbox and a slight incline will cause the working oil level to be lower than it needs to operate unless it's at the...
  22. fitting a loader on to my Crystal 8011

Get yourself a pressure gauge and plug it into the rear remotes and measure the pressure there then manually set your pressure relief on the spool valve to be a little bit under what you measured at the back
  23. fitting a loader on to my Crystal 8011

The best way to do this to have continues flow to your loader and your rear arms is to take the feed directly from the hydraulic pump, So on the left hand side of the tractor you will see the pipe coming out of the pump and then bending into a pipe going to the rear, what you need to do is put...
  24. Injector pump pressure relief

I'm a never ending mission to find out what is wrong with this injector pump after sitting for 4 years and after a quick talk with the bloke from zetor direct he told me it sounded like the pressure relief/release ontop of the pump could be the issue, my workshop manual has no information on it...
  25. Injector pump pressure relief

Does anyone know how to get to the pressure relief on the injector pump on a 8145 to find out why it's not releasing pressure
  26. zetor 12145 clutch repair

Hi before you split the tractor just check your clutch doesn't just need adjusting on the linkages under where the clutch pedal is and also check when depressing the clutch that the fork on the inside on the bellhousing is actually pushing on the clutch by removing the inspection plate because...
  27. zetor 8145 rebuild

    Looks great
  28. Blocked injector

Hmm ok I will look into it
  29. Blocked injector

The "injectors" inside the pump were stuck to start with but I have since rebuilt it and re timed them but it's still missing on one cylinder
  30. Blocked injector

What's the best way to unblock an injector? Tractor had been sitting for about 4 years so I assume it had been working 4 years ago so is it best if I just run it and hope it frees itself up?
