    Disconnected the linking bar, only the RH brake could be pushed. The LH one was stuck in the UP position.

    When I stepped on the brake pedals, they didn't push down at all and the tractor kept moving forward. I checked the brake reservoir and it was full and the fluid was clear. Hand brake is working fine. What is the next step?
