    Hi There I believe the syncromesh gerbox came first with the 7745, so if you have a older one the gearbox is not syncronized. I believe your clutch is a little too loose (it doesnt decluth enough), try adjusting it to specs and see if there is any change in changing gears. I did this to my 7011...
