How to increase HP on a 6441

I have been told that you can increase the Hp easily by turning up fuel supply. how is this done.

adjusting the pump screw that limits the rack movement.

Thanks for your reply but iam not sure where this is. is it inside the pump?

yep. Either the upper or the middle screw, havent been inside this generation of pumps for a decade or so... just remember how many turns you turned which screw so you can allways go back if it doesnt get past idle anymore (which happened when i changed a pump for the first time)
