No fuel coming out of the injectors on the fuel pump, but loads coming out of the bleed off screw.
I figure it is the rack so i want to take the pump off. Its a motorpal 225/110d-250m fuel pump.
Do I just undo the 3 nuts and it only comes off and goes in one way or is it more complicated...
cheers.. I will have a look ..
I should have said ... but fuel is flowing out of the filters and out of the fuel pump drain off.
crap at explaining my problems..lol1
I have tried priming .. cracking injectors.. new filters..
it will run on easy start..
it happened a while ago and I managed to get it going again and it ran good as new. Something weird is happening.
I am thinking of getting a 12v inline fuel pump and bypassing the primer.. But I need...
I have a crystal 8011.
The bucket on the loader is dropping. It is a humpolec self levelling loader and I am thinking it is the two small rams at the top which are letting the oil return slowly. Always the same rate no matter what I have done.
I changed both the main bucket rams so I can't...
all posts knocked in.. but the bucket on the loader is dropping. It is a humpolec self levelling loader and I am thinking it is the two small rams at the top which are letting the oil return slowly.
I changed both the main bucket rams so I can't see it being those. Any other suggestions...
been running mine on 50% mis fuel (ie when people put petrol into a diesel car and the opposite.) 50% waste vegetable oil filtered to 5 micron .
I mix filter tte wvo into the misfuel give it a big stir and leave for a week the petrol makes any water and suspended nasties go to the bottom of the...
Thanks for the information. I will leave it alone but keep an eye on it. I have already added an extra spool vale to the post knocker after I made it fully hydraulic. No probs in the last 5 rears so far.
Your suggestion is a good fall back if things go tits up. Appreciated!
Well as I got no answers I decided to take a chance and swap a few pipes around.
The pipe system is now a continuous loop starting from the feed/out right hand spool valve as you look and stand behind the tractor. It goes to the feed Post knocker and the return from the post knocker, goes to...
I have just put on a small hydraulic post knocker and there is not enough hydraulic pressure to raise the heavy knocker ram. The small tilt angle rams seem to operate fine.
It has a loader attached and on the rear are two spool valves with a handle to shut or open a hydraulic line. In am...
had a play around and the lever nearest to the seat (next to the 3pt hitch lever), when locked back pushes/allows fluid to the loader so all seems good.
:D
Just parked my crystal 8011 up for a few weeks and did brake repairs, thanks to allzet... Went to start it and no power to loader. 3pt works fine.
It was parked slightly up hill ...I can't remember which levers go where?? as I only bought it recently and the loader was great.
No oil leaks...
Closed the gap to 1mm and no joy, Grrrr!
Removed master cylinders and looked down the top where the fluid goes in... there are two holes big and small.
On one master cylinder after pushing and when the it returns to normal starting position the big hole is open, on the other the hole is...
Aah! yes I remember I have bought parts off you before many years ago for a 6748. Good service! Bloody forgot you were there and bought Roy Perfect..my apologies.
If there is a gap..should I tighten up, what gap do you recommend? I was wondering if the master cylinder wasn't coming back far...
I recently put on new master & slave cylinders, balls and springs along with 4 new disc brakes. I put axles back on but the wheels do not turn freely when gears are in neutral. They do turn if I put the tractor in gear and there are no weird noises. Is this normal?
It makes the rear...
