What do you need.
The parts manual is not particularly well printed and may not scan all that well.
If you need that level of information with diagrams then I can help but not for a few days until I get back home.
The quickest way would be to email the scans to you.
Good Luck in the meantime.:)
I note that GL-4 is recommended.
Zetor specs also call for GL-4
Although many articles play down the possible damage if GL-5 is used, GL-4 is recommended for a reason.
In some situations GL-5 does not work well long term with some alloys of copper such as bronze bushes and syncros.

The workshop manual diagrams numbers may relate to those in the parts book. My 7045 workshop manual is a production copy of another and has this fault also but the numbers do match with those in the parts book.
My Zetor 7245 workshop manual appears to be similar but I don't have a 7245 parts...
I take it that you are working on the rear differential.
On other diffs I have used a dial gauge but feeler gauges may be an option if you can arrange something to measure against like an adjustable stop held in place with a magnet.
A rough guide may be that it can be turned with slight...
My 7045 gear shift has behaved well but also will need a kit at some point I suspect.
Renze your suggestion of a slot is neat. My tunnel had been chopped about a bit no doubt to get at the detents. A slot would have been better.
Along with the bodywork slooowly getting attended to I have...
Debug was developed locally in NZ and is now used worldwide.
Basically the device is placed in the fuel line and the secret is in the construction of a chamber with an intense magnetic arrangement that kills the "diesel bug" microbes.
As fuel is returned to the tank with spill off in the pump...
Good Luck.
Here in New Zealand we have been treated to many appearances of Karel and his Zetor providing a fine spectacle at tractor Pulls.
Nations Field Day at Mystery Creek is the big event over 4 -5 days. The mighty Zetor had its share of things going wrong but it also did very well and...
Thanks Renze.
Farmphoto trims down the resolution to make the file smaller unfortunately.
If the thumbnail image presented on Farmphoto is copied then you only get 300 x 217 resolution.
But if you click on the small image presented then it will expand so your browser can load a bigger...
LED spot lamps need a much less current and last well. There are various types on ebay with the best prices being ex China. Look under LED spotlights or floodlights.
Select a spotlight for a beam or floodlight for a wider angle area lighting.
White or cool white [ about 6000K+ colour...
G'day Rooster
Don't be put off as you have a good answer from Dave P. The can or tin of grease on a stove is an old trick but a very effective one also used on motorcycle chains in the days before "O" ring sealed chains.
Another way is to use a cable greaser which enables you to fill the...
G'day Jex
I have sent you a bit of info which may help.
Also a wiring diagram in colour that was sent to me By Dave P on this forum.
I found it very helpful and although it was from a 6245 manual and some colour variations in the wired can be expected, the circuit matches very well for the 0...
Hi Fellas
Nice to see you here.
Your question is a good one if you are not familiar with Zetors and we all have things to learn.
Because the question is so wide it is a little daunting answering it and I am sure it has been answered before many times in various ways.
If you use the search box...
Perhaps the bonnet has been swapped.
The Data plate on the steering console should have the model number on the top line.
1981 sounds right for a 5011. The 5011 from memory should have a mechanical link to the clutch not hydraulic
