hi, the pto stopped working this am. You put it in gear and stop output shaft with your boot. Can hear gear noise when do this. (Plenty of oil in b/e clutch engaged etc.) Can turn shaft by handwith some presssure. Whats chance of being easy fix?

About every month or so my 8540 is draining its battery dead overnight. A heavy drain short with no ignition switched on. New proud owner of 1997 8540....but she is not the easiest cold starter. Any tips on improving this...I know I can isolate the hydraulic pump off, but other than that what else-( No thermostart button as in manual.) Also have an older zetor 5711?? and that starts ever so easy with just a car...
