question Zetor 7211 - rear arms very slow to lift without load

Not sure if the milky oil has something to do with it, but you never know. It never hurts to check the filters as well. Did you try different settings on the "reaction rate lever" and the "hydraulic power-lift pre-selector" next to the power-lift lever?

question 7211 - Coolant leak at injector

There is a cup in which the injector sits, and that cup sits in a cooling channel in the head. The sealant of the cup to the head can be leaking. There is also a sealing washer under the cup in the cylinder head. To remove the cup you have to take the injector out, tap thread in the cup, screw...

FAQ Gearbox - shift unsynchronized gearbox correctly

Some Zetor models also have a gear brake, such as. 4911... and 5011 to 7745T, which makes shifting the unsynchronized gearbox easier. The way the clutch is used in a un-synchronized highway tractor ("truck") with gear brake is: From a full stop: You push the clutch all the way to the floor...

    hello Hello from South Dakota!

Nice to see you on Zetorworld Riley. I wish we had a Zetor shop/dealer close to were I live. That is South West Ontario Canada. There are not many Zetors around here. But "up North" they are very common. Also in Quebec I think. Are Zetor's exempt for emissions/DEF?

question 10145 PTO hard to engage and slow to disengage.

The lever on the floor is put in neutral mainly to make starting easier in cold temperatures. The PTO is hydraulically activated / deactivated. If the torque multiplier and the front wheel assist clutch work well, than the pump should be ok. If the PTO stops turning slowly, it could be that the...

question Zetor 8011 steering oil level check?

Thanks Joachim. The 8011 - 12045 manuals on the Zetor website are 1A/81. Except for the English manual which is 2/78. The 2/78 does not have the information in it that I was looking for. Does some one know if there even is a English 1A/81 manual? Maybe a Zetor representative reads along and...

question Zetor 8011 hydraulic oil filters

I want to check the oil hydraulic oil filters on the Zetor 8011. Will the hydraulic oil run out if I open the filter housing? There is one single filter, and two filters in one housing that are locked with a clip.

question Zetor 8011 steering oil level check?

The steering on my 8011 has a plug that looks to me as a fill plug. There is no oil in it. I cannot find any info in the owners manual. Should there be oil in there, and what kind ? (The reservoir has 8 liter ATF/automatic transmission fluid in it and the steering assist still works good)

question Zetor 8011 Crystal Questions - to work a slurry tank agitator

How many Kilo Watts or horsepower does the agitator need ? The 8011 is 55 to 58 Kw or 75-80 HP. Not all the engine power is available on the PTO. To bleed the brakes; 1 - open the bleeder valve. 2 - have a helper push the pedal down, but not to the bottom. 3 - close the bleeder valve. 4 - have...

question Zetor 6045 slow response to throttle

Is the starter cranking the engine slower than it used to? If so, put the handle for the hydraulic pump and PTO in neutral to exclude a problem in the hydraulics or PTO. Does it have white or black smoke?

question Zetor 6045 slow response to throttle

Because of the initial "no start", I would also check for unrestricted fuel flow from the tank to the lift-pump.

    8011 engine noise

Yes, oil level is good. The reason I listened at the oil filler tube was because a few months ago I was checking an other 8011, that I wanted to buy. But when I opened the oil filler cap I noticed a loud "high pitched" noise. Later when I was doing maintenance on my own 8011 I heard the same...

    8011 engine noise

The noise definitely comes from within the engine. You can hear the noise clearly with the oil filler cap removed. Do other 8011 have the same? Did some one ever listen to the engine through the oil filler tube? Maybe it is the timing gears that cause the high pitched noise, but it worries me.

    8011 engine noise

I have a Zetor 8011, and I noticed an high pitched noise from the inside of the engine when I had the oil fill cap removed with the engine running. It seems to come from the timing gear area. Oil pressure is ok. Does anyone have experienced this? Are the timing gears known to fail. Thanks for...

What year is my Zetor 8011?

I own a Zetor 8011 the serial # 24740. I there anyone who knows the year it was built? It is not on the name plate. Is there a parts manual available for this model year? I have a parts manual for a 8011, but it seems to be for a younger model 8011. (and some of the parts I order don't fit)...

    8011 noisy hydraulic pump ?

I have a Zetor 8011, bought it this spring. I used the tractor in the spring and noticed that the hydraulic pump started to whine. Everything works. The whining is gone if I put the pump in off. I cleaned the twin mesh filters (with the clip on the lid) and the filter with the fine mesh disks...
