    Zetor 3511

You can get new mudguards, lights, paint, all the mecanical parts, radiator, starter-motor, ect... from zetor dealer and Injectors, gaskets and other funny bits and things from barlows For the idle- You must fill the injector pump with oil until it is full to the top the first time, then drain it...

    Digging gear

Put a big log or something on the discs to weigh it down, then it will work;)

    Fitting a Turbo

Normaly you will get at least 15% - 25% HP increase simply by bolting on a turbo and opening up the fuel pump. A intercooler is not neccasary for such a conversion. Tempratures will remain much the same

How do I go about recovering refrigerant

All I have ever done Is unbolt the compressor and stuff And fold it back over the tractor complete with pipes atached (It was a van actually) You can do the same with power steering and stuff (On a van) Never done it on a tractor though but i think its the same thing:-x

    Rear digger

I really would not recomend a 3545 for driving over rough ground especialy if there are tree stumps, ant hills or similar (even though i have one, and use it for this:-x) So far I have managed to destroy a 4wd-dropbox, Knock a propshaft clean off the axle, knocked a hole in the front axle diff...

    fahr centipede

My 3545 once ran a bamfords (JF) 2 drum mower for 10+hours. now i use a leyland. Fahr centipede needs no power at all. No problem. Jones baler is a little heavy on hills, But pto power is no problem. I reckon my 3545 would run A round baler (If I had one) The only thing I ever had problems...

    Adding Aftermarket Front end Loader-question

The best way is to fit a spool-block with levers. one pipe from tractor tiping valve, and one pipe to return the (circulating) oil back to the gearbox. The lift capacity is basically what the front axle can hold (Around 800kilo i guess:-/) The mounting points are already there Like mathew...

    3545 clutch probs HELP URGENTLY

Ehhh? I think you mean this the other way around??? The pto shaft is the thin shaft. The main gearbox drive is the big shaft. (I think:-x) I find the plate centre catches on the flywheel bolts If you put the long end first (So, put the long end to face away from the flywheel) The other plate...

    3545 propshaft uj joints

Owww...... This is not easy:p Originaly they had a cv type joint on the ends. but they always broke off,So then they made anything they could find to fit. For example on one end of my propshaft I fitted cheap pto shaft joint (12) But on the other end I needed one specialy made Cost (90) I...

    3045 COLD START BUTTON.

The button on My 3545 has a hole:( There is nothing wrong with drilling a hole, there is nothing to leak-out because the button is sealed. You dont even need a drill, the metal is soft so a little nail or chisel will make a hole.
